I am interested in supporting with farming, gardening and teaching meditation and somatic healing. I also enjoy social media content creation, community development and tending to the land.

Beschreibung
I am 32 years old and Indian- American with roots in California. I have traveled to over 30 countries with the desire to exchange cultural understanding, support ecology and land, and develop a spiritual and holistic orientation towards the world. I believe in yogic understandings of oneness and unity, that despite our amazing differences and languages, we are all one at the core. And that leads me to build bridges amongst the different communities and places I have explored. From dancing in ceremonial spaces in Bali to farming in the East Coast of the US, to studying human rights law, to working as an au-pair in France, I have sought out rich and varied experiences. My deepest calling is to support humanity and individuals in transformation from fear based and disconnected ways of being into relational intimacy with each other and the sacred ecological world around us. I do this through my own practice and teachings of somatic and sacred feminine arts. I also have a passion for artistry, beauty and aesthetics, in creating new from old and appreciating beauty in all of its forms. I enjoy mandala art, cooking delicious wholesome meals as well as having intellectually stimulating discussions and reading a good story.

I have skills in gardening, farming, social media content creation, transformational coaching including meditation, somatic healing and the sacred feminine arts.I have worked in various community gardens and farms. Recently I have also participated in artist residencies and in cultivating my artistic and creative skills. I also have skills in legal world, having studied human rights law as well as skills in DIY projects, cooking wholesome vegetarian meals, and more. I have also spent a year as an au-pair so I have skills in babysitting as well.
