Beschreibung

I'm living a creative and fulfilling life making art as an freelance concept artist and oil painter. I also love to move a lot and when I'm painting I'm often listening to interesting audiobooks on wide variety of subjects. I like to try and experience lots of different things. Thats why its sometimes hard for me to stick to a certain hobby.

Meditation and mindfulness is something that soothes and centers me. It's really hard to get me upset (but there is that lion inside though). One thing that I'm very enthusiastic about is nonviolent communication and conflict resolution (I did my bachelor's and master's thesis on the subject) Also psychology and human mind are endlessly fascinating subjects. I have dived quite deep on different healing methods and body-mind connection and I am happy to share what I know. My nervous system has been quite sensitive after I experienced a burnout while working as an primary school teacher, so I have to be quite mindful on how I live and how I manage stress.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I have worked on building green spaces here In finland on many summers and also been on construction sites as an helping hand on many occasions. I've planted trees on many summers and done quite a lot of different jobs in my life. I'm quick to learn new things and I'm in a good physical condition. I'm also very conscientious person.

I have experience on working on farms and gardens. I was 5 weeks on Tammisaari mainly as an helping hand and goat herder lot of praise on how I handled the animals and got an instant connection with the goats :) I've also done reindeer herding with my uncle in lapland, Finland.

I have been working as an artist for about 10 years and If there are any art projects or anything I'm willing to help.

I was previously a primary school teacher here in Finland and I would say that I know something about a lot of subjects and I'm interested in constantly learning new things.

I enjoy friends, uplifting music, timeless moments, board-games, moments with tea, sports, meditation, living simply. I like to take life easy when I can. I'm quite the sun worshipper since the sun is not so generous In Finland.

I would like to learn surfing and climbing. I'm passionate swimmer and sun worshipper.
