I moved from Mauritius Island to UK in the 80's after my A-levels for my studies.After 8 years in Surrey,England I have lived in Europe for the last 27 years,mainly in Denmark.
I love discovering new areas, meet with new people and cultures.

I worked in financial and business development.
I also owned a cafe and cocktail bar in Denmark while carrying out my daily job.

In the last 15 years I've been running Gites a few weeks every year,hosting pilgrims on the Compostella Santiago routes in Spain & France.

I enjoy DIY (bricolage). I could help with repairs..some concrete or mortar, electrical, plumbing, painting & decorating as long as you have the right tools & equipment.

I've also worked with Charities and organisations for homeless.

I am a people's person, able to adapt myself pretty easily to a new environment.
Been involved with volunteering for various associations since my teenage years.
A good planner I can carry out assignments on my own. I'll try to adapt my skills to your needs.The first part of my trip is UK where I studied and worked for 10 years. I do not mind stays between 1 - 3 months.
Meeting new people and nurturing relationship surely does not happen in a day!!!

I do voluntary work specially working with the elderly as well as the homeless.

I am also interested to experience and learn about how people live a sustainable life, organic gardening/farming.

Although not an artist myself, I love music, painting, sculpture, ceramics with regular visits to museums,shows, concerts and art exhibitions

I grew up with cats,dogs and horses.
During my travels I look forward to meet artists and people who are involved with community work and eco conscious.

A WINE enthusiast, I have done grape harvest a few times as well as helping during the bottling period.

It would be great to spend some time in a wine growing area or with a wine maker.⁹
