Hi I’m Isa,

I’m currently doing a year abroad studying Spanish, and I’m looking to make the most of it by getting involved in different projects and meeting new people ⭐️

I’ve worked in hospitality, childcare and on farms, so I’m comfortable doing a variety of tasks and looking to gain new skills!

When I’m not working in the UK, I like to escape and do workaways or Au pair jobs as I love learning about new cultures and exchanging experiences with others. This year I have 6 months to do this and so I am really looking forward to making the most of it and being part of some exciting projects!!

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Hospitality: I have five years experience in waitressing, barista, and bartending so I have learnt good customer service and I work well in a team! I have also worked in a bed and breakfast, check ins-outs, making rooms, washing and making guests feel at home.

Childcare & Au Pairing: I have been nannying and working as an au pair since I was 18, I come from a big family with lots of little cousins and working with kids brings me so much joy. These jobs included; entertaining the kids, cooking family meals, cleaning and making rooms, washing and ironing.

Creative Projects: I am passionate about art and all things creative. I have had side jobs painting boats, learning graphic design to make posters for music events and charities and as well as this I love to draw and looking to get into any creative/ painting projects!

Volunteer Work: I have volunteered with various charities supporting women and children in the UK, Guatemala and Kenya. At these charities my roles covered: applying for grant loans, fundraising online, social media management, creating fundraising events and gigs, working with women support groups, doing sport/craft activities with kids and also helping to teach English to children.

Water sports: Teaching kayak and paddleboarding lessons from couples to groups of 20 school kids. Confident and responsible on the water and with motivating groups of kids to enjoy and have fun!

Outdoor & Animal Care: Experience gardening on an eco-farm in Tenerife, grape picking on an organic farm in Italy, and caring for animals, including a donkey, sheep, and my dog.
