Beschreibung

I'm Iona, a french 26yo! I recently got a working visa to come live in Canada for two years. I am so excited to begin this journey and being able to explore this new country and its wilderness as well as its cities!
My hometown is Bayonne, in the south west of the country, near the spanish border. It's stuck between the Altantic ocean and the Pyrenees so we have the best of both worlds!

I LOVE TRAVELING, I do it as much as I can. For now, it's been mostly European countries and some bits of the USA. I am an open minded individual on a path to self love and spirituality, willing to learn everything that people have to offer.

I have been working since I was 18yo to be able to visit the countries of my dreams. Polyvalence and change is something I crave. I have been a cook, waitress, retail worker, car renting employee, saleswoman. I lived in England for a year, volunteering for an NGO in Cornwall and loved it there.

I did video editing studies and love art in all its forms really. I have a fond love for photography since I am a teenager (I'm trying to get started on film cameras since summer 22). I try to document my travels through videos as much as I can. I love music and reading as well.

I am ready to learn, meet new people and see everything the world has to offer!

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I can speak english, french and a bit of spanish. I'd love to learn a new language or teach some of my knowledge in the ones I speak.
I studied audiovisual post production, especially video and sound editing. I can use editing softwares as well as a bit of Photoshop and Lightroom.
Working since 18yo in various work fields, I am always trying to learn new skills and expand my knowledge.
I worked as a cook and waitress and therefore learned to handle the pressure. I don't especially love it as a daily thing but it doesn't scare me.
Working in the car renting business and living in England volunteering for an NGO, I learned how to communicate in another language than my mother tongue in a professional environment. I am an independant being and usually a fast learner.
