About Uros - I'm quite a versátil guy, open minded, I tend to thrive around kind & positive relaxed humans. I love to learn from people, and to bring fresh new perspective. I consider myself self aware, hard working, strong & fit physically. Integrity is an important value for me. Adventurous spirit. I Iive a natural clean simple lifestyle. Usually positive minded with few imperfections of course. Kindness , patience and energy reciprocity goes a long way, imho.
I would be up for a audio/video call before the final set agreement between the workawayer and the host. So we ride on claridade and good comunicação.It fufills be to teach children.


Bio/History summary:
Organic gardening, phytotherapy, aromatherapy, working in organic food store Zagreb, Croatia. General gardening and maintenance, so plenty of knowledge there to share. Orchard maintenance, water irrigation system in Portugal. Herbalist can give consulting and coaching based on lifestyle change, power of eating more simple rejuvenating whole plant foods.

Portugal, lot of experience in outdoors activity, living on a off grid property in the southwest Algarve. Planting trees, cutting trees, implementing edible landscape design, similar to permaculture perspective. Survived fire, and joined land restoration project with other eco oriented peers and friends, in the larger community area. Worked on several occasions in beautiful high level retreat centre, Helping chef´s in the kitchen, with food prep, mostly plant based.

I've been working in one of the adventure agencies. Finding myself in this new role of leading guided tours near natural park Cape Kamenjak (southern tip of Istria), as natural as fish in the water. Thrilled honestly, as I am goofy and animator in my core. Excelling at providing fun adventure based experience for the clients and guests, mostly tourists.

We were doing Water sports mostly, like SUP and Kayak&Cave diving tours, as well as e-scooter, mtb, e-bike, and buggy tours.

Commercial representative at Altantic Trade corporation taking care of the orders on gas stations, deliveries, etc. Taking new responsabilities. I do enjoy physical intense tasks, that move the body, especially outdoors.

To share and to give?
Good organizations and communication skills. I Can use wild plants and herbs in a different unique way, making meals more savory and medicinal at times.
Also Worked in agriculture, organic small scale, mostly, but also those classic fields back in Croatia. I know food production from all angles. How to recognize quality in plant life.

I am feeling ready to guide adventure tours, or working in retreat centers, water sports rentals, etc.

Excel at Languages. I could teach English as that is where I am best and most fluent, besides my mother tongue Croatian. I'm fluent in Portuguese. Spanish - I can converse at a good level and Italian I understand quite solid.

To receive?
I Would love to be surrounded with creative, compassionate, honest and authentic folks. I handle well alone time, as much as joint operations like solid teamwork, team-vibe and that kind of creative tribe.

Can be family setting with teaching language, can be family farm, or a community project either social in the town or nature farm based. Level up my skills in water sports field, like kite surfing, wing foil, and wave surfing. Stoked on learning new..

Also I am very keen on meeting and getting to know new people, and enjoy hostel environment, as I learn super fast, in positive constructive practical environment.

Meals - flexitarian; but best if vegan or vegetarian. Presence of Raw Fruits n Veg - if I am to be at my optimal life force.

Sarah - I am a single mother to two daughters ages 7 & 9. I am a University level Tutor (Psychology, Criminology, Sociology, ADHD) and work as a Transformational Coach for Women and I am a Women's Circle Facilitator. I’m passionate about creating safe, inspiring spaces for growth and connection – whether that’s in my work or in my home. My children are bundles of joy and energy. They love learning, exploring, the outdoors and being creative, so our life is full of curiosity and play. I enjoy spending time in nature. I am really keen on self-development and curious about the human nature and want to use my skills and gifts to support society in a positive way. Connecting to others through daily life really motivates me, I am curious and inspired to learn from others and experience different cultures. I am really inspired to learn another language fluently. I’m keen to learn new skills especially in the garden and I’m open to learning and developing my skills in this area as I’m a nature lover.
