Beschreibung

Hey! I’m Hamza, 22 years old. For me, traveling isn’t just about seeing new places it’s about real connection, new experiences, and learning from people along the way.

Since 2022, I’ve been volunteering at the Language Resource Center (LRC), where I had the chance to guide people from all around the world. Some came for tours, others for internships or cultural exchange. I really enjoyed getting to know them, hearing their crazy stories, and sharing my culture with them. I would often take them on hikes, which made the experience even more special, and people make it special .

Since 2021, I’ve also been part of the scouts. We often had to camp in tough conditions, like during winter or in challenging environments, which really pushed us to adapt and stay positive. Through those experiences, I learned how to live simply in nature, work closely with others, and come up with creative solutions when things didn’t go as planned. It taught me a lot about resilience, teamwork, and finding strength in the outdoors.

Since I was 7, art has been a big part of my life. I love drawing, especially cartoons, and I’m always excited to join any painting or creative event (such as painting walls or drawing on them). It’s one of the ways I express myself and connect with people without even needing words.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

So, I’ve been working as a barista for over three years, which means I’m pretty confident when it comes to making great coffee and creating a warm, friendly vibe :)). I’ve also been into weightlifting since 2018, so I’m happy to help with physical tasks or even guide some basic workouts. For a year, I worked as a lifeguard at a fitness center mostly with kids taking swimming lessons, which really taught me patience and responsibility. And when it comes to food, I genuinely love cooking! I’ve made lots of traditional Palestinian dishes for tourists, which pushed me to learn more about the world of cooking and I’m still learning (and loving it) every day. 😊
