Hi I am Abe! I love writing, filmmaking, and photography, and would love to travel the world with my medium format film camera taking photos and writing. There is so much valuable experience I could learn from working and staying in new places with new people. I also play bass and love music!

Abe was reliable, friendly and helpful with the animals, we enjoyed talking about film and other issues

Abe just fit right in - because basically he is a warm and lovely guy who is easy-going, has a great work ethic and is interested in everything! We enjoyed his conversation (his wit), his cooking skills and appreciation of what we put on the table - and he’s welcome back anytime as a friend!

Well what hasn't been said by that 50 five star reviews below mine... It's all true! While I only stayed for 10 days, as Laury was looking for another workawayer and I was in the area, I could easily (and much rather) have stayed much longer. I could have stayed a year! We didn't host Grace but Abe and his friend Kylie for part of the time.
We were delighted and lucky to have them both with us, helping with the fence, the garage, the painting and many other useful tasks they did with care. We loved sharing meals, hikes and family reunion with them. Abe definatly improved his french and Justine her english !… read more
