Hello!
After living in big cities for so many years now I am ready to live an alternative lifetsyle and reconnect with nature and good people. Following some amazing experiences as a workawayer in Australia, I'm back again for some more!
I am originally from Hong Kong but have lived in the UK, the Netherlands and France. Currently I am living in Paris and trying to figure out what to do with life while volunteering as a cook and working as a waitress part-time. I have always loved travelling around and learning different cultures and languages. Of course, the pandemic stopped everything for a couple of years so I am very keen to start over again!
Workaway is a brilliant way to meet other people, have stimulating conversations, appreciate different lifestyles and be fully immersed in the cultural experience so I hope to do the same in the very near future.
Though I have only lived in big cities, I am very much an advocate for slow living in the countryside. If I had the resources and a chance right now, I would not even hesitate to switch to countrylife! In my free time, I enjoy spending time with animals, learning how to cook traditional recipes, baking, doing outdoor activities and marvelling at nature.
