Beschreibung
Hello ! My name is Aimé, I am in a gap year traveling and volunteering. I started my trip in Norway taking care of 56 sled dogs. I stayed there two months and my main missions were to feed (and pet!) the dogs, and to take tourists on sled trips.
The second part of my trip brought me to Nias Island, Sumatra. There, I helped with renovation work such as painting or gardening.
I then stayed in Java to delve into Sundanese culture by joining a social movement. Namely, I visited schools and attended local traditional ceremonies.
Currently headed for Bali, I am looking for volunteering opportunities in backpackers hostels! I am really eager to discover this new side of Indonesia, and to meet travelers from all over the world.
In my free time, I like to surf, play guitar, read. I also love cooking and am interested in learning more about Indonesian cooking :)
I would describe myself as an extrovert. I love meeting new people and cultural exchange ! -
