Hello!
My name is Elisa and I'm from Austria. I am currently studying in Vienna for the teaching degree in the subjects Ethics and German. Besides my studies, I work in tutoring and host pub quizes. I really love the jobs I do and my life in Vienna.
Nevertheless, I am not a winter person and I that is why I want to spend my holidays in February (the whole month) in Malaga. I lived there for several month 3 years ago, and I still have some friends with whom I'd love to spend some time again.
Preferably, I'm looking for a host who lives in the city so that it's easy for me to get involved in the city life again! I'd be eager to help out with care work: spend time with children, pick them up from school, help with homework, speak in English or German to them and also help with household tasks like preparing lunch/dinner, cleaning, doing the laundry, grocery shopping, ... These are all things that I personally enjoy. I'd say I am a pretty decent cook - I especially love vegetarian and nutritious food!
I bring experience in working with children, as I come from a big family. In the last years, I worked in kids-camps during summer holidays and as a language tutor during the year!

I'd appreciate having Fridays or Saturdays free, as I'd like to go out dancing with my friends once in a while! I am looking for a place where I do not have to worry about food, as I try to keep this holiday as low budget as possible :)
Also, as I am learning French I would appreciate some language exchange!

About me: I like both being with people and having time on my own. I like to do music, I am a singer. I also love all kinds of games; chess, card games, quizes. I do many different sports: volleyball, football, parkour and dancing.

I am also curious on tasks around the house and garden. I am interested in learning how to build walls, doing wood work and laying tiles - though unfortunately I do not bring experience in these fields. I am interested to acquire some hands-on experience because I wanna build my own house in the future. Sometimes I help out with gardening at home, so I can do that too. I also worked as a graphic-designer, so I am able to design flyers, logos, designs,... but I can't do websites.

Back in Austria I worked in several cafés as a waitress and pubquiz host, in tutoring and in graphic design. In summer, I usually help out in kids camps. I did three workaways, where I was mainly helping around the garden and in the household.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I would describe myself as an open-minded, approachable, interested, ambitious and cheerful person who likes and is able to take responsibility.

I have already worked in personal tutoring, have done babysitting for several times and also have a lots of kids in my family. I had many part time jobs, mostly one time a week in a café, I have done 8 weeks of internship in the field of Graphic Design and am voluntarily supporting a cultural organisation, writing reviews about concerts and film critics.

As I already moved out I am used to run a household and I have learned much from my mum as she is a cooking and handicrafts teacher and also my family lives very down to earth and self reliant.

Was noch ...

I am learning spanish for more than one year, still I am not very good but really eager to improve!
it is important for me to also have the possibility for having space for myself/ a retreat space, if I need time on my own or some quietness. It is really important to have Wifi as I study at a university and need to study.
I smoke occasionally when going out and I just got my drivers license.
