Hello everyone, my name's Elisa!

In 2022 I decided that I wanted to take my time and explore the world, so I saved up some money and left Italy. I've been on the road ever since! I have worked and volunteered in Europe and solo traveled in Asia as much as I could.

I am a very curious and adventurous person, so the idea of getting a job right after university and live the rest of my life in the place where I was born was not very appealing to me. I want to connect with other people, make new experiences, share knowledge and perspective on life and learn as much as I can.

Being born in Milan, I feel like I want to explore more of countryside life and also learn more about animals, sustainability and farm life. I aspire to have a simple and slow-paced life away from big cities.

I'm also interested in spirituality and meditation. I want to learn to live a more grounded and mindful life, enjoying nature and the small things :)

Overall, I'm an open-minded and optimistic person who wants to live life to the fullest :)

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I graduated in Foreign Languages and Tourism Management. I'm fluent in English and I used to give private lessons to kids. I am going to study to get a certification to be able to teach Italian as a foreign language.

I worked in a kindergarten/playroom where I learnt how to take care of children and how to create fun and educational activities for them

Through different workaway experiences I learned the basics of living in a farm and working in hospitality. I have later worked 2 seasons in Switzerland, where I did housekeeping for a 4-star hotel in the Alps.

I also have experience in working in restaurants: taking orders, prepare drinks, serve food and clean

I would consider myself a fast learner and I also adapt easily to new environments
