Hello everyone!
My name is Elia, I am italian 28 years old and some of my greatest passions are cooking, travelling, gardening and hiking.
After I graduated in culinary school I left my country for living my dream in Australia where I spent almost two years working in farmstay and of course like a chef in the mainly cities Melbourne and Sydney.

It was an unforgettable experience in my life.
I' ve decided to move back in Italy for make new experiences in restaurants for improving.
Every year I take a breath moving for a couple of months in asia or southamerica like backpacker looking for new connections around the world.

I really enjoyed the farming life and I learnt new skills.
I love meeting new people and the company of others but also I like to have time for my self to reflect, meditate and dream awake.
I like helping people in every situations specially when they really need.
Im a serious worker and I like improve where I'm not capable.
I know about to maintain a house, repair parts of the house like sink or the water heater for example, paint wall and rebuild and plaster the sides of the house.
Im really bad with the electronics devices :)
I've more experience in every handmade work and create new arts craft


This is my first experience like volunteer but like I said I've always worked hard and traveled in many countries in the world so I understand habits and customs.

I worked in the kitchen for more then ten years,
I love nature and animals
I've always lived with dogs and cats so I'm able to take care of animals.
I have grown my own food for years and I worked in farm dedicated to carrots, pineapple and potatoes.
