Currently, I am at the Gold Coast but I'm planning to travel along the West Coast starting July and would love to do some Workaday in-between August to November :)

Beschreibung

Hello! My name is Doreen. I'm a German girl looking forward to meeting great new people and to help making a good impact to the environment. I would describe myself as kind, caring and adventurous. I stayed with families before where I helped with household chores, child and animal care and gardening but I'm also always happy to learn new things and find new challenges in life .
I chose WorkAway as I'm convinced that being part of a community and helping others can give us a sense of purpose, connect beautiful souls and help us grow in extraordinary ways. I love to jump into the unknown and I'm always keen for new challenges and adventures.
Currently, I am staying and working at the Gold Coast and my plan is to spice things up a little in August and travel again and hopefully find some interesting people to stay with. I have stayed with families before and have to admit that these were one of my most impactful memories and experiences which is why I would love to give it another try before returning back home :))
P.S. My dream would be to work with horses if there is anyone who could help me make this come true let me know hihi

Was könntest du arbeiten?

My biggest skill I would say is problem solving and finding solutions. Getting things done and involving myself hands-on regardless of the challenge is what fulfils me and when I thrive the most.
Currently, I am interested in teaching children English or German, as I have good language skills. Other skills would be gardening, nutrition (currently studying nutrition online), and creative and visual skills as I have studied Graphic Design last year.
