Beschreibung

Hi, my name is Christin and I am 22 years old.
I grew up in the green heart of Germany, a region called Thuringia. It's a peaceful place far away from big cities, surrounded by beautiful nature. When I turned 18, I decided to move to Dresden to study at university. There I studied to become a primary school teacher. After I graduated last month, I decided to gain more life experience before I start working in a german school in the summer of 2027.
My whole life I have been very interested in new countries, different cultures and languages. I would describe myself as an open-minded person who always wants to discover more and more. I believe that travelling is one of the best chances to share interests, ideas and happiness with people from all over the world. That's why my goal is to connect with people from different cultures and learn from them.
Especially working with children is something that truly makes me happy. I also love animals. My family and I have a dog and a cat, and they always make me smile whenever I see them. Besides that, I am very interested in cultural exchange and would be happy to help with household tasks, gardening or any other daily activities. I would love to make a positive impact during my stay, no matter how big or small.

German is my native language and I learned English at school. During my travels, I hope to improve my English and maybe even learn some words or phrases in your native language. At the same time, I would be happy to share my own language skills and help others who would like to learn German or English. I think learning new languages is one of the best ways to connect with people from all over the world.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

During my studies and in my free time, I gained a lot of experience working with children. I teached in primary schools and worked in childcare. I really enjoy spending time with kids, playing with them and creating a positive environment.
At home, I often helped with household tasks and gardening. I have always enjoyed taking care of plants and would say I have a green thumb, because my apartment is full of plants.
I also spent a lot of time with my dog. We go for walks, play together and I teach him new tricks. Besides that, I am a creative person who loves painting and playing the guitar. I also enjoy cooking traditional german meals or dishes from all over the world.

Was noch ...

In my free time, I enjoy playing acoustic and electric guitar. Music is a great way for me to relax and express myself. I also love exploring the underwater world, which is why I made a diving license in Thailand 2024. Spending time with my friends and family is very important for me. We often have game nights together, where we laugh a lot and simply enjoy. I hope we can also have nights like this ;)
