Yia sou/ Hi! I’m Casey, 24 years old and from the UK. I come from a big family and was raised with strong values around kindness, respect, and helping out — whether that’s cooking, cleaning, or just being present and supportive.
I’m a quiet, reserved person who enjoys peaceful environments, simple routines, and connecting with people in a genuine way. I’m not the loudest in the room, but I’m steady, calm, and reliable. I really value good food, slow living, and meaningful conversations.
I have Greek and French-Canadian grandparents, and that mix of cultures has made me curious and open to the world. I speak a bit of French and Italian and would love to keep learning as I travel.
I’m hoping to spend the years learning from others, experiencing daily life in different places, and helping where I can.

Cooking: I enjoy preparing a wide range of foods, especially Mediterranean food. I'm confident in the kitchen and happy to cook for others when needed. My parents taught me to cook from the age of 8
Household help: I have experience with general tasks like cleaning, laundry, and keeping shared spaces tidy. Growing up in a large family taught me to be organised and helpful around the home.
Child-friendly: I'm used to being around children and naturally take a calm approach. I'm happy to help with childcare where appropriate.
Gardening and practical help: I enjoy quiet, hands-on tasks and can assist with basic gardening, planting, and small DIY projects if shown what to do.
Language and communication: English is my first language. I speak a little French and Italian and would like to improve both. I’m also happy to help others practise English.
Soft skills: I’m patient, observant, respectful, and a quick learner. I prefer a calm and steady approach to work and always aim to be reliable and considerate in shared living spaces.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, especially philosophy and anything that explores how people think and live. I also enjoy cooking, both for myself and others, and like experimenting with new recipes. I find it relaxing and creative.
I'm also good with technology and enjoy solving tech-related problems, whether it’s setting up devices, helping with apps, or troubleshooting everyday tech issues. I'm always happy to help others with this if needed.
I prefer quiet environments and meaningful conversation over busy or noisy places. I’m naturally curious, and I enjoy learning from the people I meet along the way.
