Hiii
I am a graduated physiotherapist with 5 years of experience working with children and babies with special needs, including intensive therapy weeks with overnight stays and close collaboration with parents. Alongside my pediatric expertise, I have spent seven years in soccer sports physiotherapy, supporting athletes through injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance optimization.

My professional journey also includes certifications as a Hatha and Yin Yoga teacher, allowing me to merge movement, mindfulness, and body awareness into my therapeutic approach.
Before my healthcare career, I completed formal education in hotel management, service, and hospitality.

Recently, I decided to follow my long-held dream of traveling for a longer period of time.
I am open-minded, endlessly curious, and always up for a good laugh, I’m passionate about exploring new cultures, languages and ways of living
I am also interested about in human connection, art, and exploring the ways movement, health, and creativity can bring people together.
Whether through physiotherapy, yoga, or cultural exchange, my goal is to connecting with people, sharing knowledge, and finding inspiration wherever I go. :)

Was noch ...

In my Freetime I love going for walks and hikes with my dog. I am happiest outdoors, especially at the beach, and I’m always ready to try something new: for example learning to Kitesurf and wave surf is high on my list.
I practise yoga regularly, enjoy going out with friends, and love visiting museums. Creativity is a big part of my life, whether it’s taking fotos, drawing, handcrafting or bringing new ideas to my day to day life - I'd say I am a very creative person. :)
