I have a special interest in hospitality, garden work, housesitting, language teaching, and manual and domestic tasks in general. I'm an early bird, I learn quickly, and I'm always ready to work!

Beschreibung

Born and raised in southern Brazil, where I graduated in International Business, at 27 I moved to Italy, the land of some of my ancestors, where I lived for nine years (I hold Brazilian citizenship as well as Italian citizenship). In early 2026 I came to Australia with the intention of working and traveling around the country throughout this year. With my employment contract coming to an end (I have been working on a farm in the north of the country over the past six months), I decided to go to Japan, where I was in 2019, to spend between six and eight weeks. I'm very happy to return to the country and, who knows, maybe pick up a bit of Japanese this time.

Reading and travelling are two of the things I enjoy the most. I've been to 70 different countries, and during my trips I'm mostly hitchhiking and using Couchsurfing.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I've done a multitude of jobs in the past 20 years: I worked at a bank, in real estate, as a cultural producer, in export, as a language teacher, as a social educator, on a farm, and as a self-employed consultant in Italy for almost a decade. I also volunteered on multiple occasions and would say I'm a jack of all trades. I'm good at cooking, cleaning (I love washing the dishes), and manual work in general.

Some of the volunteer work I've done includes the following:
- Chaired my hometown's cultural foundation for three and a half years;
- Taught Portuguese to immigrants in Brazil;
- Did domestic work and garden maintenance in northern Italy for three months;
- Cat sat in Rome for one month.

Some of my favourite bands and artists are The Beatles, Bob Dylan, Jorge Drexler, Caetano Veloso, Cat Stevens, Pink Floyd, Radiohead, Los Hermanos, Arctic Monkeys, Novos Baianos, Secos e Molhados, Lucio Battisti, Fabrizio De André, Stromae, Belle and Sebastian. I also love classical music (Bach, Beethoven, Chopin, Vivaldi).

I love board games! Some of my favourite ones are Carcassonne, Azul, and Catan.
