Hi there! My name is Bautista, and I’m 21 years old. I´m an Argentine and Italian citizen. I travel together with my girlfriend, Pia, from Germany. We are currently in Colombia, traveling to Ecuador and Peru next, and we´re looking for exciting volunteering options. ;)
For the past three years, I’ve lived in Germany and Italy, where I worked mainly in hospitality and gastronomy as a barista and waiter. I’m accustomed to fast-paced environments, customer service, teamwork, and maintaining a professional yet friendly attitude at work.
Through Workaway and similar experiences, I’ve also volunteered in a hostel in Montenegro, a dairy farm in the Netherlands, and an agriturismo resort in Italy, which helped me become very adaptable, reliable, and comfortable working in international environments.
I speak Spanish (native), English and Italian (fluent), German (intermediate), and French (basic). Being multilingual enables me to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
I’m a reliable, social, detail-oriented, and fast learner, and I usually receive positive feedback for my work ethic and adaptability.

Was noch ...

I’m passionate about cinema and enjoy talking about films and storytelling. I also like reading fiction and novels that allow me to explore different worlds. Cooking is another big interest of mine, especially when it’s for other people.
I enjoy staying active through working out, playing tennis or padel, and walking. And as someone who has worked as a barista, I’m a true coffee lover and always appreciate a good cup at any time of the day.
