Hello! My name is Aysia and I am a birth worker / full-spectrum in Arizona. My job requires me to provide emotional, physical, and educational support to birthing people and their families throughout their pregnancy and postpartum. I love what I do because it creates a positive change in people’s lives, helps build community, and is advocacy at its core.

Other things that bring me happiness are writing, poetry, reading, museums, travel, meeting new people, learning from others, art, and animals of all sizes! I especially love working with families :)

I am very easy to get along with and have a positive attitude that allows me to get things done while having fun!

My expertise is in creating genuine bonds with many members of family to provide a safe place for all. I am able to be flexible and adaptable to any needs that may come up.

I am confidently able to deescalate conflicts, create age appropriate art projects/education, provide cultural learning. I can also support and encourage emotional needs for family members all while keeping a calm, positive attitude.

I speak both English and Spanish.

I am incredibly independent, intuitive, and resourceful. I can always find the positive in situations or make the best with what I have! I enjoy ballet, yoga, reading, writing, meeting new people and learning about their cultures.
