Hi, my name is AshleyKate! I love learning about other people-- particularly their cultures, religions, personal lives, and what brings meaning and purpose to them. I'm excited to build relationships with others and expand my worldview. I most often travel via hiking long distances, and I get to know landscapes very well that way, but now I am wanting to have immersive experiences with people so as to know them and their customs more deeply.

Was noch ...
I do a lot of long distance backing and have hiked nearly 4000 miles in the past 7 years. I love to walk/hike and explore an area on foot. I enjoy reading about psychology and religions-- I studied both at university. I love to cook- the spicier a dish the better! I make pottery and I paint, and I am very interested to learn how to make stained glass art! Mornings are my favorite time of day-- the way the sun shines feels sacred. I'm family oriented and love to make and keep friends-- people make life special. I like to learn about plants and foraging for food, but I am a beginner in this realm! I make up silly songs for fun, and I love to dance! I often attend yoga classes. And I can't wait to meet you!
