I'm currently living in California with plans to travel to the Middle East next Spring (2025). I have family in the region and I'm looking to connect to my Palestinian roots!

Hi, I'm Anna!
What motivates me to travel is expanding my world view, learning new perspectives and realizing that my way isn't always the best way. In America, I feel like I've been raised in a very individualistic culture and I'm eager to unlearn that. I look forward to traveling abroad and being surrounded by community that encourages me to expand my horizons, look out for others and take advantage of this beautiful life we have! :-)

I also REALLY want to learn Arabic. My goal is to travel to the Middle East next year and begin learning the language. Hoping for a Workaway that will help me learn the language as I enroll in classes as well.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Much of my work experience is in the customer service or Communications fields. I have held multiple jobs as a receptionist/front desk assistant. I've cleaned hotel rooms, worked at a bridal boutique, and ran social media pages for different companies. I am personable, self-motivated, highly organized and thrive with routine. At the same time, I am easily adaptable and love to take on new challenges. I can help with tasks such as crafts, social media management, hospitality, cleaning, pet sitting, front desk assistance and more. I look forward to connecting and seeing how we can help each other!

Was noch ...

I've been a dancer my whole life! It's been a passion of mine since I was five years old. I mostly dance for fun nowadays and it will always be part of who I am. I also enjoy yoga, meditating and reading. I recently started a new hobby: figure skating! It's been fun to learn a new hobby as an adult and challenge myself with something new. In my free time, I love hanging out with my cat, going for a walk outside, or binge watching a new show. I really love nature, so anything that will get me out in the sunshine is always great. :-)
