My name's alessia, I'm 24 years old and I was born in Venice, Italy.
In high school I've studied Tourism and Hospitality and since I've graduated I've been working in this industry, first at a hostel in Venice, then in a hotel in Amsterdam. The past year and a half I've spent it working in Barcelona but i am now back home for some family time and to start plan my next movements.
I love to travel and I love connecting with people who travel that's why I loved working at the front desk.
I love warm places, the beach, the sun, beer and since 2 years i reeeeaally like bouldering. I am definitely not the best but I think it's so fun and rewarding in some ways.

I have more than two years experience in hospitality so I know how to deal with guests' needs and complaints.
I am a very relaxed person even when I find myself in stressful environments or situation; I'm a very good listener, I pay attention to detail and learn new things quickly.

Was noch ...

I love to socialize and going out for drinks is one of my favourite things to do with my friends/people I meet, chatting, playing some pool and so on. I am also a fan of dark humor so of course Cards Against Humanity is one of my favourite games.
I like some phisycal activity too, for example going for a swim or going to the bouldering gym (even though I've only started recently I find it real fun).
