I am currently living in Barcelona and learning Spanish. I'm looking for my next Workaway in Spain :)

➡️ NB: I will NOT drive a borrowed car, especially with children – that's a non-negotiable for me!

Hi! I'm a freelance graphic designer and a creative professional from Poland. I was already pursuing my dream of a digital nomad lifestyle in 2020 (in Barcelona, on Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme!), but I came back to my country due to the pandemic. I used this time in Kraków to develop my art career, and here I am again – with a new Master's degree, fully vaccinated and ready for a new adventure! ;)

During the last year I was an academic teacher, I was teaching book design, and I LOVED that job. Although work with my students was beautiful, I decided that traditional educational system is something I don't want to be a part of – so I want to try alternatives :)

I'm an artsy and crafty kind of person, but definitely a social one. I feel my best when I connect with people – by talking, dancing, creating or working together. I dance contact improvisation, contemporary and forró. I'm happy when I'm swimming or just live close to the sea, and when I take care of plants and animals. I love connecting with children and teenagers, and I learn a lot from them.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

– I'm the handyperson wherever I appear: I love renovation! I can renovate furniture, I panted bikes, wall murals, I customize clothes, shoes and accessories and I have my own jewelry project. I'm great at thrifting and upcycling, I never throw things away before I make sure no use can be made. I also can guarantee that I pay significantly great attention to the details.
– I reaaaaallllly enjoy home organization. I lived in more than 10 places already and I'm always making the best use of space. Cabinets, attics, basements – give it to me and I'll organize it for you!
– I'm interested in technology and I'm good with computers and digital devices in general. My art is focused mostly on the way that technology remediates human relationships and affects our daily existence and feelings. During my latest studies, intermedia art, I worked with AI, videography, photography and interactive installations. Although, I'm not a fan of the way how working with technology affects my health – this is why I would prefer doing the more manual, physical and social labour as a Workawayer.
– My English is fluent and I'm generally good with languages. I learned Russian and Estonian when I was living in Estonia for my Erasmus as a student. Now I want to take my Spanish to the communicative level.
– I like kids and kids like me, probably because I like to joke around (and I wear funny clothes and have colorful hair). :) I can sing, draw and read aloud pretty well and I enjoy doing it!

Was noch ...

– I was co-raising my brother who was born when I was 15, and I have been intentionally present in his development during each stage of his childhood. We have the most beautiful relationship ❤️
– I practice yoga and meditation and I'm very much into self-development. I have worked many years on understanding myself so I'm confident about my social skills and I want to have a good impact on other people. I want to be a part of a change I believe in :)
– One of my hobbies is astrology – I think it's a great tool for talking with people about their needs, values and personality. I'm a Cancer Sun and Rising, and Gemini Moon, if that's something that you're also interested in ;) If not – I'd love to teach you and I can also read your birth chart!
