Beschreibung
Our family brings us happiness.
Nature makes us relaxed.
We love to help others and learn new skills.
We are family of 4, our workaway adventure started back in 2022.
In 2024 we decided to make it our new way of life.
Only in last year we were volunteering in Sardinia for 6 months, helping a family to build the permaculture side and community project. Together, we developed and planted a vegetable garden, carried a herbal field work, built the community kitchen and compost toilet and cooked together on daily basis. We participated in 5 days permaculture course there, which was lead by recognised Italian teachers.
We also helped the host children to learn English.
Then we travelled to another Sardinian host to help with wine crops, wine production and building projects.
In November 2025 we decided to come to Tanzania and our first stop was a primary school in Kidatu.
We stayed there for couple of weeks to teach English, set up vegetable garden and help with fundraising campaign. At the next host, a hostel in Arusha, we took care of building maintenance, small repairs and renovations, gardening and building social media content. We also helped to organise, and participated in various community activities like yoga, painting classes and Swahili lessons.

A little bit more about us: we are Polish origin but we were living in England for over 20 years and our 2 children were born there.
Our girls, 12 and 10 years old, are now homeschooled.
Our aim is to create the environment for them, where they can grow in the cultural diversity and a respect to all people and nature.
They love small workaway tasks; animal care, cooking, gardening, light home duties

Agnieszka: In England I was working as a wine taster, language teacher and healthcare assistant. I was also running my own first aid training company.
I have a lot of experience in first aid, creating social media content (Canva) and events organisation. I love gardening, cooking, baking, art, teaching and social/community projects.
One year ago I graduated from the herbal medicine course.
Marcin: I am a DIY person with interest in building, renovations, woodwork and mechanics. I like permaculture, landscaping and gardening projects.
We both are open-minded, creative, outside box thinkers.
We love to meet new people and learn from cultural differences.
We can't wait to meet all lovely souls there!

Aga (she) - I am super organized person as I had to manage a big family, full time job, business, weekend teaching, charities...
I am a experienced mum of 4, wine expert with 11 years in industry, first aid instructor, language teacher.
I used to work with children (with a valid criminal record check and safeguarding course in UK).
It is the time in my life when I would like to give up the paid jobs and create our own place in the world.
I am interested in herbal medicine, permaculture and holistic therapies. I love cooking and baking.
Marcin (he) - I like cars and home/renovation/diy projects. I enjoy driving my Vespa scooter. Would like to gain some more experience in building/renovation/carpentry as we planning our future as b&b hosts.
