Beschreibung

Hi! We are Elisa and Ziggy. We are 28 and 30 years old, from France and Belgium/Ireland. After having had many nice experiences as volunteers before, we want to further explore our interests in organic farming, permaculture and community living to eventually become part of a project ourselves.

We love working outside, getting our hands dirty, and moving: dancing, yoga, swimming or going on long hikes!
Here is a little bit more info on who we are and about our own individual experiences and interests:

Elisa (but most people call me Zazou):
After different volunteering and professional experiences in cultural mediation, I feel like discovering alternative ways of living and learning. I enjoy spending time with people and animals, experimenting with crafting and art, and learning about permaculture. I want to connect with nature, learn how to take time, observe and learn, and give a hand in projects that make sense for me.

Ziggy: I’m very interested in permaculture, shepherding, natural building and eco-communities. I have been a long-term volunteer in different permaculture and market gardening farms, followed trainings about permaculture (Permaculture Design Course), natural building, and non-formal education (Permaculture Teacher Training), and worked as a shepherd for a few months in a nature area in Belgium. Besides that, I also have experience as a researcher in landscape ecology and geography where I was involved in projects related to nature restoration and sustainable land use transitions.
