Hi everyone! I’m Yuri from Japan 😊

I’m currently in New Zealand on a working holiday, and I’m hoping to travel, experience local life, and meet people from different backgrounds through Workaway.

I really enjoy cultural exchange and learning about different ways of life. I’d also be happy to share Japanese culture and teach Japanese if you’re interested!

Before coming to New Zealand, I worked in marketing and promotion for shopping centres in Japan for about 8 years. I’m used to working responsibly, staying organized, and adapting to different situations.

I’m easygoing and reliable, and I always try to be respectful of the people and environment around me. I enjoy keeping things clean and organized, and I’m always happy to help with everyday tasks.

I have experience working in customer service and helping in the kitchen at restaurants. I’ve also helped with gardening and yard work at my family home.

I enjoy taking care of children and animals, and I’m always happy to help with daily tasks. I also have some interest in web design and may be able to help with simple creative tasks.

I’m adaptable, a quick learner, and enjoy trying new things.
