Hi, my name is Yannis and I’m 30 years old. I’ve taken some time off and am now traveling through Central and South America. I love nature and really enjoy getting to know different cultures. My background is in food production, which probably explains my big love for food! I’m also hoping to improve my Spanish during my travels, as my current level is still quite basic. I enjoy hands-on work and am confident I can be helpful with a variety of projects.

I studied food technology and have a strong background in natural sciences. Over the years, I’ve gained experience working in both scientific and practical environments. I’m comfortable with administrative tasks and working on the computer, but I also enjoy physical, hands-on work and am not afraid to get my hands dirty. I’m flexible, a quick learner, and happy to contribute wherever help is needed.
