Hiya!

I'm a person with quite a lot of different interests, and am a curious person by nature- hence I love doing and learning things!

Living in reciprocal relationship with the land and oceans, sustainable living, self sufficiency, art projects, and being involved in the community are all things I’d love to be more involved in and learn more about.

I’m perhaps not your usual workawayer…. I’m currently in the process of recovering from a long-term fatigue illness. Although this limits my capacity, I’ve still got a bunch of skills and enthusiasm to contribute!

In the past, I’ve done a fair bit of landscaping, farm work, event management, community work, environmental restoration, and some construction- both paid and through Workaway.

This gives me skills ranging from admin and logistics, to caring for other folks, to practical building, planting, animal care, and art skills.

I’m not able to do the usual 5hrs/5days a week, but there are a number of different arrangements that I can see as possible :) Something to chat about!

What draws me to Workaway right now is my desire to learn new skills, contribute to some of the great projects people have going on, and to connect meaningfully with other people through it.

A lil’ bit about me personally;
I love anything nature and wilderness, am getting more in to mediation and mindful movement, LOVE swimming and music, enjoy reading and chatting to people from all different walks of life, and making this world a more just and loving place :)

I’m an easy going, cheerful, independent kinda person.

• Have a good work ethic

• Can cook well- nutritious vegetarian or vegan meals mostly, but also meats, and for more specific dietary requirements
