Hello! My name is Courtney but I go by the nicknames Maxine or Wellie.
I currently live in Nottingham where I work as a barmaid but I am pursuing a career in Textiles and Fashion. I particularly love yarn and wool and I am looking for experience within the wool industry and production at the moment. I am also studying German A1 as I hope to move to Germany next year!
I have many hobbies such as knitting, crochet, jewellery making, fashion history, music and dance. I am always excited to try something new also!
I am hard working and motivated, I have a strong mentality that helps me with any work I must complete. I am also fun and caring so I am good with animals and children.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I studied Textile Design at University so I am equipped with skills of knitting, sewing, print and embroidery. I can darn, take in your clothes, make you pillows or a warm set of hats and gloves to keep you warm! I can also paint may it be a mural or just simple decoration.
I also have experience in teaching art, so this is something I can provide. May it be personally or to a community.

I have worked in hospitality for 10 years now, so I am used to fast paced and hands on work. I'm motivated to get the job done. I may not be incredibly strong but I have great initiative and can think fast.

I have experience in gardening as growing up I helped my nanny grow fruits, vegetables and flowers. My favourites to harvest were always root vegetables but my favourite flower is the foxglove! I have a deep love for nature and animals and I would love to learn from others who have experience in these thing professionally.
