Beschreibung
Hi, I’m Veronika, estonian/german living and working worldwide. In Summer months I work at the moment as a tourguide in Iceland, Norway and Alaska. In winter time I practice and teach Shiatsu and Traditional Thai Yoga Massage.
In my free time I love to go on hikes and all kinds of active adventures, from horsebackriding to sailing. I am also interested in Nature Photography - still lots to learn here.
I think all people here like to travel and are not afraid to get mud on their shoes and sweat on their face - and so am I.
Workaway is a great opportunity for me to be and live with the people in their environment and to get to know the culture.
Due to my work, I am costumer oriented, a good entertainer (although I do love some peace and quiet in my own time). I am good in household, renovation, taking care of animals.I have Farmstay experience ... an Allrounder 😉
I am inquisitive and eager to learn new things.

I have no experience in teaching one of the languages I speak, but I will try my best If you are interested. I recently started learning Norwegian and Spanish (duo lingo).

Was könntest du arbeiten?
I worked in a children - sportschool for pre-school children and work as a experiential educator ( I don’t know if it’s the right term in englisch) in part-time. We organize Team- and individual activities to learn and grow. Activities in the nature are for me the best way to learn about myself and the environment I am living in. And I try to show it to the children in a fun and easy way.
My other work is Holistic Pulsing Practice (I am also a teacher for this unique technique and willing to share) and Shiatsu. If you are interested I would gladly exchange knowledge and experience.
I also startet guiding hiking and trekking-tours last year.

Kristian is a great host - kind, mindful and easy going. He has a lovely home and loves animals. He has a small farm with chickens and ducks (for now) and is planing to grow weggies.
It was still a lot of snow when I came so I enjoyed the quiet slow time.
My tasks were keeping the house tidy… read more
