ЗДРАВСТВУЙТЕ! Hello! I'm Aleksey, also known as Aleks or Leha, from Barnaul, Russia. Another new traveler here. A year ago, I traveled across Russia by hitchhiking, covering a huge distance from my hometown to Saint Petersburg via Moscow. A few years back, I worked as a conductor on a passenger train that journeyed to the North of Russia. I was deeply captivated by the experience of traveling, the unique way of life, the diverse people and places, and the rich tapestry of different cultures.

Last year, I worked as a traffic light engineer in Barnaul, but it turned out to be a dull job devoid of any sense of fulfillment. Currently, I find myself free and eager to explore the world.

Who am I? I'm a shy, modest guy, and a bookworm. Some of my favorite writers include Jack London, Vladimir Nabokov, Charles Bukowski, Gaito Gazdanov, Sasha Sokolov, Aleksey Ivanov, Georgy Ivanov, Roman Michailov, and Joseph Brodsky.

My skills? Well, I have experience in people communication from my time working as a conductor. I've also worked with traffic light systems and have some knowledge of electrical work. Additionally, I hold a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, so I know how to use computer.

Was noch ...

I adore table tennis and basketball (not really good at that one). I can play chess, but I'm not familiar with gambits and all that. I used to play with my grandfather during my childhood. Additionally, I enjoy board games, camping, watching good films, and listening to good music.

In short, I'm just an average guy who loves his life, his friends and environment. I am happy to do what I do.
