Hello!
We are Lisa & Amir, educators and proud parents of Noam, Roni & Tom (ages 13,9,5).
We love music, books, food, spending time in nature, traveling to new places and meeting new people and cultures. Amir is an excellent handyman, gardener and cook. Lisa is a people-person who loves working with people of all ages and collaborating on diverse projects. Our boys are caring, curious and very friendly; they love animals and nature, D&D and movie soundtracks.
Lisa also enjoys playing the guitar and reading mystery novels. Amir enjoys baking, and is learning to play the harmonica.
We met 16 years ago, working in a home for children at risk. Τoday we both work in education - Amir teaches science and is the vice principal at an elementary school, and Lisa is a long-time staff member at a democratic Sudbury school. We are originally from Israel but are currently living in New Zealand, near Lisa's family.
We are living our dream and having a family adventure around New Zealand and South East Asia, and we are excited for the opportunity to be workawayers, to experience local life and meet good people along the way.

Was könntest du arbeiten?
Amir loves to make and to fix things. He is creative and handy in everything from woodwork and gardening to painting and baking. Amir is also quite tech-savvy and is skilled at researching anything.
Lisa loves people of all ages. She has worked as an infant caregiver, a kindergarten teacher, a high school educator, a group facilitator and a community coordinator. In addition, Lisa has a good eye for graphic design.
We are both teachers, we have good organizational and administrative abilities and we are always happy to learn new skills!
We are fluent in English and Hebrew.
