Hello! My name is Tesla Mitchell, and I'm currently entering my fourth year at the University of Stirling in Scotland, studying Film and Media. I'm also a growing social media influencer specializing in climbing and outdoor adventures. I've completed four fantastic Workaway experiences in the past and absolutely adore this system for connecting deeply with new people and cultures.

Before university, I spent three months at an animal sanctuary in Hawaii, taking on every task imaginable—from herding cows and feeding chicks to deep cleaning the kitchen. These experiences instilled in me a strong work ethic, adaptability, and genuine enthusiasm for hands-on projects.

Originally from Arizona, I've been climbing passionately for over 15 years. My current journey into climbing-focused social media allows me to assist significantly with your social media efforts, promotional video creation, and digital content strategy. I have over five years of professional video editing experience, manage my own website, and would love to offer these skills to support your charity or organization.

I'm independent, reliable, and thrive when working outdoors—even under challenging conditions. Although I don't have extensive experience in carpentry or gardening, I'm eager to expand my skill set and learn these valuable skills. I will eat and adapt to any diet, love cooking nutritious meals (experienced cooking for groups of 26!), and adapt well to communal living.

I'm fully vaccinated, boosted, and respectful of all health guidelines. I'm excited to bring creativity, hard work, and positive energy to your projects, and I look forward to connecting soon!

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I have a lot of experience in the outdoors. I have been travelling and rock climbing for the past two years, so I have quite a lot of knowledge of rock climbing and travel. I am great with social media, videography, and photography if that is something that you need help with. I am very passionate about animals and love working with them. I have very little experience with farming and construction, but I would really love to learn and am eager to listen to everything you have to teach me. The only way to learn is to dive in and experience it, so I hope that you give me the chance. I speak a moderate amount of French and Spanish and am fluent in English as well. I am very young and strong so I can do heavy lifting and difficult yard and housework. I am also a very good chef and attended a boarding school where I cooked for 26 people once a week, so I know my way around the kitchen. I have a lot of experience with cleaning and organizing which is something I am very good at. I love organization and optimizing spaces so that they are highly functional. I worked at a summer camp for a year and have babysat before and love taking care of children.
