Hi, I'm Teresa – a conservation and landscape planner from Germany with a big love for nature and hands-on work. After spending some time working in my field post-university, I’ve decided to take a step back, enjoy life a bit more, and explore the world through new experiences.

I’m passionate about gardening, hiking, botany, windsurfing, birdwatching – and I love doing yoga.
I’m also part of a FLINTA* collective that creates art and wooden structures for festivals, which means I’m no stranger to hard physical work, building things, and collaborating as a team.

I care deeply about sustainability, community living, and I’m always curious to learn from others and share knowledge. Whether it’s helping out in the garden, building something from scratch, or just enjoying a good conversation – I’m happy to contribute wherever I can.
What I’m looking for through Workaway is a meaningful exchange – a chance to support interesting projects, learn new skills, and connect with people who are passionate about what they do. I love being surrounded by nature and enjoy both quiet, focused work and lively community energy. Whether it’s a rural farm, an eco-building project, or a creative space – I’m excited to discover new ways of living and working together.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I have experience working with wood – from building simple structures to helping out on larger creative projects. Gardening is one of my biggest passions, and I also have knowledge in sustainable garden planning thanks to my background in conservation and landscape planning. I'm comfortable getting my hands dirty, whether it's planting, weeding, or designing with a long-term ecological perspective. Additionally, I’ve been practicing yoga for several years and would be happy to share sessions or simply bring a calm and mindful energy to the space.
