Hey, I am Raf. Polish guy (33y old) living in the UK since 2010 (Kent). I am a Personal Trainer, Online Health, Lifestyle and Transformatin Coach :) (More info on FB @RafTeamRaf or IG @teamrafitness)
I love nature, hiking and good healthy food! I love to explore new places and other coltures, i am really keen on learning new skills and languges (atm starting to learn ITALIAN and Spanish - Would love to learn French and refresh / RE-learn Geraman)
I would love to one day build massive health center, where i could help people to get their mental and physical health back, Relax and review life purpouse. (Farm, hike, yoga, meditation, cooking, funcional traning, etc)
I grow up on the Farm surrounded by woods in Poland :) So i love animals, and I am not afraid of Farm work :) but at the same time i love business, finances and investing in properties :)
Hiking (being active in nature in general) and nutrition are my biggest hobbies, love to learn new skils and explore. I help people with mental and physical health, from basic biomechanics and correct movement, through nutrition based on health and health issues, to helping with mindset and a bit od psychology.

I have grown up on the turkey Farm in the middle of woods - Helping my mum with all responsibilities since i was 8 y old :P
I have done a lot different jobs in UK from Shift leader in big warhaouses, security guard(Poland), line leader in pack houses, Seed processing, . (Manual work, forklift driving, managment, planning), Seasonal Farm work - 'runner', picker, organising work and equipment, (mainly strawberry, raspberry and young apple trees)
I got driving license cat B (EU) sice 2007 (driven vans and all different cars in many countires - on motorways and tiny mountain roads - or even off road :D)
Good people skills (listen, to communicate and to relate to others on a personal or professional level) Include problem-solving abilities, empathy for others and a willingness to work together toward the common good
My profession is a Personal Trainer (lvl 2 and 3 certiffiacte - 9 years experience working with people and 15 years self education),
nutritionist in sport (course + 15 years self education ), correct movement, traning around injuries,
mobility & stability, funcional traning, strenght training, stretching, core and lower back strengthening.
lifestyle and health coach, (100 successful stories i can proof)
Pre-habilitation (no school or certificate! -just self learn over the years). I do help people to create better, healthier and happier lifestyle. I have a good knowledge about food and nutrition. Help people to fix their bad knees, backs and shoulders but at the same time depression, anxiety or addictions. (as myself had many health problems and injureis - so I have gained basic knowledge about biomechanics, pre-hab, massage and everything what is needed to help with injuries and basic health problems including Movement, Mind, Diet and Supplements)
I am not scared of hard work (although some old body injures might be limiting me from time to time :( )
Help organise events up to 500 people (Poland - 'handcraft' festival and agricultura on mym Mum's Farm)
I can cook and I enjoy it (making meals up as i go) but i am NOT a chef for sure!!
I can use basic tools like shovel :P, hammer, axe, saw, grass catters etc - but i do NOT have a lot of technical knowledge or experience with building sites etc.Alter
