Tätigkeiten, die mich interessieren:

Currently in Switzerland, working until the end of February.

Interested in any activity related to tourism and hospitality, also would like to learn more about farming and DIY

Beschreibung

Portugese but born and raised in Switzerland, what attracted me first were languages. Thanks to that interest, I started to travel by myself when I was 17.

I was able to live wonderful experiences, as doing a backpacking Europe tour over 3 months, living in Japan for more than a year, working in Disneyland Paris and many more! As of today, after many years of preparation, I left everything 4 years ago to live my biggest dream of a vanlife. Living on the roads now with my 2 doggies/Travel partners.

Through Couchsurfing and also spontaneous encounters, I was able to host and meet hundreds people from all over the world over the past 17 years, and I still keep in touch with most of them.

I can guarantee a big exchange of stories, culture, food and conversations. I'm a loyal friend who will never forget a person who had an impact, even the smallest, on my life. If we meet and become friends, we'll stay friends forever!

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I did tourism and languages studies in a Switzerland's University.

Apart of that, I always wanted to try new things, which took me to do a lot of different jobs :

- event hostess,
- animator,
- vacation camp organiser,

- waitress,
- seller,
- aupair,
- animal care taker,
- camping manager,
- shop manager,
- theme park operator,
- hotel receptionist,
- housekeeper,
- irish pub bartender
- gardener
etc

Part of the biggest experiences I had: I've been a zumba teacher for years in hotels and fitnesses, I worked in Disneyland Paris for almost a year and also managed a 3 ha camping/glamping site in Netherlands for 2 summer seasons.

I can say that I'm not afraid of new challenges. I can adapt quickly, I'm autonomous but enjoy working in a team, joyful and very energetic 💪

Was noch ...

I have 2 female dogs who are my travel partners. We live in our van since early 2021.

We've been doing Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Ireland , England, Wales, Scotland, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark and Sweden with the van so far (but I've already been to 42 countries). We enjoy taking our time while exploring a country.

With this daily life, we learned how to enjoy simple matters to the fullest. We love hiking together, and when we're stopping in a spot, I enjoy to just admire the view while listening some music, reading a book or playing guitar. I have a big passion for photography. Most of the time we're outside and very active 🏃‍♀️🐕
