I swim, I do tai chi, I meditate. That leads to me being a quite balanced, happy and joyful creature. Very positive. I am a big Tony Robbins Fan and quote him quite often.
I have learned the basics of nonviolent communication and i am always happy to practize that. I also learned hypnosis and healing in the energy field.
I love Joe Dispenza and his meditations. But most of all I love Human Design.
So if you are open minded and interested in alternative spiritual healing and practices, we certainly have a lot to talk about.
Also I do like board games, jigsaws, oldies, Rock'n'Roll and country music.
And of course I don't smoke and I don't do drugs.
