I have hands-on experience in guest relations at a guest house. I am fully proficient in Nightsbridge for reservations and front-of-house management. My background includes handling bookings, conducting room inspections, and resolving guest issues with a calm, professional approach. Whether it’s managing a reception desk or ensuring a fun-filled activity day, I understand that the details matter.

I also hold a B.Com in Marketing and Tourism, which means I understand the 'business' behind the bed.
I can assist hosts with:
* Social Media Management: Creating high-quality content for Instagram.
* Review Management: Drafting professional responses to guest feedback on platforms like TripAdvisor or Booking.com.
* Market Insight: Helping to refine your 'guest journey' to improve overall satisfaction and repeat bookings.

I have also completed my full Superyacht training (STCW), including RYA Powerboat Level II and PWC (Jetski) licenses. This training has instilled a deep sense of discipline, safety awareness, and 'deck-ready' energy. As a former 1st Team Hockey and Swim Captain, I am physically fit, comfortable working long hours, and I thrive in team environments where everyone needs to pull their weight.

My goal is to transition into the international maritime industry. I am currently spending a few months in Cape Town’s tourism hub to finalize my preparations for the upcoming Mediterranean season. I am looking for a work-exchange where I can apply my Guest house (Nightsbridge) and Stewardess experience in a fast-paced, social environment.

I see this as a perfect way to contribute to a local business while staying connected to the maritime community. I am highly disciplined (former Sports Captain), STCW-certified, and passionate about the 'Business of Happiness'—ensuring every guest has a seamless and memorable stay.
