Hello everybody!
I'm Simona and I decided to discover our wonderful World, travelling. I want to get in contact with different cultures to observe from another point of view, to learn new languages and to be amazed from the Nature. But most of all I want to learn to live respecting the Nature and the people - that's why I'm into ecoprojects, ecobuildings, permaculture, recycling - and one day building my own ecological house, where everybody who wants to learn is welcome and where there is always time for passions - mine are reading, writing, yoga, sports, walking, gardening, descovering.
I'm a nurse, so I am really into public health and charity projects as well, since I believe the most precious thing you can receive is giving a smile.
I study psychology in Berlin and I did a Yoga teacher training in Gokarna, India.

Was könntest du arbeiten?
I grow up in the contryside and my family use to have a vegetable garden, so I'm pretty comfortable with the land. Thanks to Workaway I had the possibility to join different projects around the World- Permaculture, Farm, renovating, ecobuilding - learning new skills and falling in love with this kind of life. I enjoy working hard, I learn fast, I have spirit of initiative and a lot of energy, I enjoy cooking.
During my studies I did many different Jobs - restaurants, bars, hostels - and in particular with children - volleyball trainer, swimming trainer, school tutoring, babysitter.

vom Host (Help with conservation of ...) für Workawayer (Simona)

Simona was so helpfull and hard worker, she and her boyfriend built a small house of carrizo (kind of bamboo) in a few days. She is nurser and made a workshop about first aid for the team and some people from the community around the park that was so good and useful. She speak very fluence spanish.

This place is wonderful! The park is so quite with a lot of green, birds, a river and a sweet dog. The room for the volonteers is comfortable and you feel home from the first time. (Youth Ecological Center in ...)

I loved this place and I wished I could have spend more time here.
The people living here are so kind and know a lot of things about carpentry and gardening. I helped building a bridge, cutting wood, planting in the garden and feeding the animals. The surrounding area is peaceful and super green, a perfect place to enjoy the nature!

We were so lucky to start our spring work season with such a wonderful volunteer as Simona! She is responsible, very sociable, and willing to try and learn new things. Sebastiaan and his family are amazing hosts, that let you feel comfortable from the first moment and treat you as a member of the family. The place is peaceful and surrounded by nature. The work was fun and you can learn a lot, working or just listening to Sebastiaan's stories. I really hope to come back one day to see the farm finished :)
