Hola! Bonjour! We’re Sarah 🇪🇸 and Calista 🇫🇷 !
We met during our study abroad in Buenos Aires in 2022 and now we plan on keeping exploring the world together :)

Heyyyy! This is Sarah and I am from Spain. I just graduated from a PPS (Philosophy, Politics & Society) Bachelor in The Netherlands. I am passionate about travelling and immersing myself in new cultures. Ever since I was young, I have had an inexplicable fascination for exploring the world and discovering all that lies beyond my borders. Every time I have the opportunity to travel, I feel an indescribable thrill, as if I am about to open a new chapter full of adventure and discovery. What really captivates me about travelling is the opportunity to meet new people. I firmly believe that every person I meet has a fascinating story to tell, and I love to learn and nourish myself from them. I am interested into pretty much everything, I really enjoy hearing about new ways of looking at things and I am open to everything the world is to offer.
For me, travel is not just about tourism; it is about immersing myself in the daily lives of the locals, learning about their customs and traditions, and developing a deeper and more respectful understanding of the world around us. Every trip teaches me something new about myself and the diversity of humanity, and I am infinitely grateful for every experience I have the chance to have.
I love animals and spontaneity, I am always ready to go on adventure! I also aprecciate solitude and love learning from the historical and cultural background of the places I travel to!! Mostly I pretty much enjoy to give a hand to anyone who needs help and actually that’s what I am most looking forward to do, and if I am able to make a difference, I'll be satisfied:))

Hello this is Cali! I was born and raised in Paris 🇫🇷🥖and I’m now living in Madrid 🇪🇸🍺 during my gap year!
I just graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations in France and want to do a Master’s degree in Gender Studies and Gender Violence in Spain.
I have always loved with all my heart learning foreign languages to be able to travel and connect with people from all around the world ❣️
French is my native language, I’m fluent in Spanish and English, I speak some italian, very very little swedish and I’m trying to learn arabic!
I have worked several years as a waitress in Paris which taught me to bring a positive energy even in the most stressful moments! I think people really do give you back the energies you give them, so I constantly try to be joyful and bring my enthusiasm everywhere!
Just like Sarah, I love human beings and animals, I love to help as much as I can and learning about everyone’s little story. I think traveling is the best way to get to know yourself better and develop a better perspective on society in general ☀️
I have already been to Colombia and I completely fell in love with its culture, people and landscapes and I’ve been wanting to come back since the day I left it!

I've been doing volunteering work my whole life. I love helping others, that's why i can consider myself as an open minded person. I can also adapt easily to new environments since I have lived in Ireland, Belgium, The Netherlands, Argentina and Spain. I also acquired a lot of knowledge in previous workaways such as having experience with horses, farmstay and working at hostels. Lastly, I write poetry, I have been president of an arts organisation in the Netherlands called pArt and a drama teacher for autistic teenagers thus, I can offer artistic activities and bring art closer to people.

Just like Sarah, I can adapt to different environments as I have lived in different countries (France, Spain and Argentina) and I have already traveled a bit around the world! I’ve always loved helping other people, I’m currently an online French teacher and my students are from 7 to 41 years old!
I grew up in a very open minded household with values of kindness and peace : life is about treating people with kindness without expecting something in return.
I think knowing several languages enables me not only to communicate with people but also to really get to know them better and hear about their culture, which is my favorite thing ever! I am a very social and talkative person, I really enjoy being around other human beings but I also enjoy being by myself and working alone 🦋
Working as a waitress, I learnt to deal with stress, coworkers, adapt to customers’ needs, keep my work clean and always bring a good energy!

(sarah) I think I am very flexible and easy going person but if I encounter an injust situation or something that i strongly disagree with, I’ll speak up.

(cali) Just like Sarah!! Our friendship developed because our personalities are extremely similar 💖 we have the same values and we view the world the same way. As they say in Spanish, we are each other’s media naranja!
