We are Santiago and Daniela, a couple in our 30s ready to embark on a new adventure with boundless energy and enthusiasm. Together, we offer a versatile skill set that perfectly balances manual labor, management, and hospitality.

What do we bring as a team?

Santiago (Industrial Designer) brings a practical, organised, and decisive mindset. His professional experience and background as an amateur carpenter allow him to handle tasks such as:

Maintenance and Repairs: proficiency with tools and construction or carpentry work.

Space Design: assistance in optimising areas and visual projects.

Daniela (Tourism and Event Planning) is an expert in management and interpersonal skills, bringing a solid foundation in:

Hospitality and Management: creating welcoming environments, logistical coordination, and administrative tasks.

Communication and Guest Relations: excellent interpersonal skills for customer service.

Together, we're ideal for: hospitality, renovation projects, farms needing organisational support, and any project requiring both hands-on experience and strategic planning.

Our travel and social spirit
We're both passionate travelers and love connecting with people from all over the world. We enjoy cultural exchange, good conversation (and wine!), and building positive relationships.

Santiago:
My experience is a perfect blend of creativity and hands-on work:
Carpentry (Advanced Hobby): I am highly skilled with tools and love working with wood. I can assist with construction projects, furniture, repairs, or aesthetic improvements.

Design and Organization: I can apply my design knowledge to optimize spaces, assist with logistics, or even with the visual/digital identity of your project.

Cooking and Gardening: I thoroughly enjoy cooking (especially sharing dishes!), and I have a strong interest in gardening and landscaping.

Animals: I am an animal lover and feel very comfortable caring for all kinds of pets and livestock.

Communication and Personality
My adventurous spirit has led me to travel to many countries, and I love connecting with people from all cultures.

Multilingual: I speak Spanish (native), English, and Portuguese fluently, and I am learning Italian.

Active and Sociable: I am a very active person. I enjoy sports (football and rugby), good conversations, and wine. I am always eager to learn new things and participate in the local social life.

Daniela:
I am prepared to assist with both operational tasks and management, adding a creative touch:

Organisation and Logistics: I am very resourceful and perform well under pressure. My experience in event organisation allows me to assist with planning, activity coordination, and handling administrative tasks.

Guest/Client Service: thanks to my background in Tourism, I excel at interacting with people, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and assisting visitors from all over the world.

Creativity and Crafts: I am very creative and skilled with crafts. I can contribute to decoration, content creation, art projects, or any improvement that requires a personal and unique touch.

Languages: I speak Spanish (native) and English (fluent).

Personality and interests
I love sharing and meeting new people. I am sociable, enjoy good conversations (especially with a glass of wine!), and relaxing activities like reading or playing board games.

I love animals: I really enjoy spending time with them and would love to help care for pets on farms or in projects.

Sports and travel: I enjoy watching sports, and my wanderlust has taken me to many countries. I'm very open to trying new things.

My happy place: I love the sea and the beach, so I feel especially comfortable in coastal projects, but I'm open to exploring any place with interesting people.
