Hello hello!

I’m Romane, I’m 25, and I’m really, really eager to discover Portugal (I’m not exactly sure why, but I feel drawn to the country!). I would love to have an authentic experience, learning alongside passionate people and contributing to inspiring projects. I’m really looking forward to getting involved in the local life, exploring Portuguese culture deeply, enjoying the landscapes in my free time, and even learning the language!

I’m a social, curious, and positive person. I love outdoor activities and creative projects, whether it’s through drawing, music, or even cooking. I’m new to Workaway, but I’m excited about stepping out of my comfort zone, meeting amazing people, and learning in a new and supportive environment.

I’ve worked in an agricultural high school where I discovered the world of farming and horses, which sparked my interest in getting more involved in this kind of environment. So here I am, ready to give my energy and time to help out each day and fully embrace this wonderful adventure.

Salut salut !
Moi c’est Romane et j’ai très très envie de découvrir le Portugal (je ne sais pas vraiment pourquoi mais le pays m’attire). J’aimerais beaucoup une immersion authentique, en apprenant aux côtés de personnes passionnées et en contribuant à des projets inspirants. J’ai vraiment envie de m'investir dans la vie locale, découvrir la culture portugaise en profondeur, explorer les paysages sur mon temps libre, même apprendre la langue ! Je suis une personne sociable, très curieuse et positive. J'adore les activités en plein air ou les projets créatifs, que ce soit à travers le dessin, la musique ou même la cuisine.
Je suis nouvelle sur Workaway, mais j'ai vraiment pour projet de sortir de ma zone de confort, rencontrer des gens formidables et apprendre dans un cadre nouveau et sain.
J'ai travaillé dans un lycée agricole où j'ai découvert le monde de l'élevage et des chevaux, et cela m'a donné envie de continuer à m'investir dans ce type d'environnement. Donc voilà, je suis prête à donner de mon énergie et de mon temps pour vous aider au quotidien et à vivre pleinement cette belle aventure. Hâte de pouvoir échanger, apprendre de nouvelles compétences, et découvrir le Portugal à vos côtés ! A très bientôt j'espère. Romane 🌞

I’m a versatile person and used to adapting to the needs around me. Working as a french teacher in an agricultural high school, I discovered how to take care of animals, especially horses, and got involved in a range of practical tasks.

I’m also very comfortable with creative and hands-on activities: I enjoy drawing, cooking, gardening, and DIY projects. I’m organized, independent, and always ready to help—whether it’s caring for animals, maintaining the space, or activities with children.

I’m reliable, motivated, and a quick learner, and I look forward to bringing my energy into a new project!
