Welcome to my profile!
Cooking and traveling are my biggest passion as well as gardening and reading about health. Over time, I realized I love all things related to manual activities and arts, as an expression of my personality. When I actively create something I feel free and happy. However, I did not refuse to study and I have just graduated in languages. At the same time, I am becoming an Ayurveda therapist and I am training in different treatments. I have also studied with Deepak Chopra and gain Health Coach certification.
I have already lived abroad and I like overcoming my insecurities, going outside my comfort zone.
Sharing my culture, traditions and language are the best part of travelling but I am also a great listener and I try to learn as much as possible from each experience. I am an enthusiastic person and I hope to discover your culture soon!

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I collected experience from very different areas.
Doing Aupair in my 19teen in Amsterdam for one year taught me to live abroad and learn new habits, as well as manage a home and three kids on my own. I keep working during my bachelor's in languages (English and Portuguese) as a waitress, a cashier and I help also in an organic biodynamic farm. Over time, I have been travelling in Europe, such as with the Erasmus project in Stockholm for 6 months.
My passion for food has been started in the last three years or so. I followed a course on the Macrobiotic diet and I feel very closed to this philosophy. I have learnt to cook various dishes and I bake my own bread with an old starter for one year now.
