Nous sommes Amélie et Robin, 30 et 31 ans, unis par le goût du voyage, de la découverte et des nouvelles expériences. Après deux années passées au Canada, riches en apprentissages et en aventures, nous poursuivons notre chemin avec la même curiosité et la même envie d’explorer le monde. Ouverts et attirés par l’inconnu, nous aimons sortir de notre zone de confort et vivre pleinement chaque étape. Aujourd’hui, nous arrivons en Nouvelle-Zélande, prêts à partager de nouvelles découvertes, à créer des souvenirs forts et à vivre cette nouvelle aventure

Hi!
My name is Robin, and I have a strong background in hospitality, customer service, and entertainment, built between France and Canada.

In France, I worked for six years as a restaurant manager. I also worked as a waiter, which gave me excellent hands-on knowledge of service, customer relations, and restaurant operations. I was also an activity leader in leisure centers, an experience that taught me how to adapt easily, work well in a team, and create a positive group dynamic.

In Canada, I worked as a waiter, bartender, and mixologist. I enjoy both the human connection and the creative side of bartending — working with flavors and paying attention to the overall guest experience.

I’m passionate about food and gastronomy. I love cooking, discovering new ingredients, and exploring different ways of preparing food. I also really enjoy board games, and I’m comfortable explaining rules and helping people feel at ease around a table.

I’m sociable, curious, and have excellent interpersonal skills. I’m always motivated to learn and discover new things.

My name is Amélie, and I have a versatile background built through studies, professional experiences, and projects abroad.

I studied biology and business, which gave me both an awareness of environmental issues and a solid understanding of organizations and customer service.

In France, I held several positions, including insurance assistance coordinator, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) project officer in a large company, and postal worker. These experiences taught me rigor, autonomy, organization, and a strong sense of service.

In Greece, I took part in caring for sea turtles, a meaningful experience that allowed me to contribute to a concrete environmental protection project and work closely with animals.

In Canada, I worked as a counter clerk at BeaverTails and later as a barista in an independent café. I enjoy customer interaction, teamwork, and warm, dynamic environments.

I’m curious, adaptable, and motivated, with a strong desire to discover new projects, new cultures, and fully invest myself in meaningful human experiences.

Je m’appelle Robin et j’ai un parcours riche dans la restauration, l’accueil et l’animation, entre la France et le Canada.

En France, j’ai travaillé pendant six ans comme directeur de restaurant. J’ai aussi été serveur, ce qui m’a donné une excellente connaissance du terrain, du service et de la relation client. J’ai également été animateur en centres de loisirs, une expérience qui m’a appris à m’adapter facilement, à travailler en équipe et à créer une bonne dynamique de groupe.

Au Canada, j’ai travaillé comme serveur, barman et mixologue. J’aime autant le contact humain que le côté créatif du bar, le travail des saveurs et le soin apporté à l’expérience globale.

Je suis passionné par la cuisine et la gastronomie. J’adore faire à manger, découvrir de nouveaux produits et de nouvelles façons de cuisiner. J’aime aussi beaucoup les jeux de société et je suis plutôt à l’aise pour expliquer les règles et mettre les gens à l’aise autour d’une table.

Je suis sociable, curieux, avec un très bon relationnel, et toujours motivé à apprendre et à découvrir de nouvelles choses.

Je m’appelle Amélie et j’ai un parcours très polyvalent, construit entre études, expériences professionnelles et projets à l’étranger.

J’ai fait des études en biologie et en commerce, ce qui m’a donné une sensibilité aux enjeux environnementaux et une bonne compréhension du fonctionnement des organisations et du service.

En France, j’ai occupé différents postes : chargée d’assistance dans les assurances, chargée de mission HSE (Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement) dans une grande entreprise, et postière. Ces expériences m’ont appris la rigueur, l’autonomie, l’organisation et le sens du service.

En Grèce, j’ai participé à des soins apportés à des tortues, une expérience forte qui m’a permis de m’investir dans un projet concret lié à la protection de la nature et au travail avec les animaux.

Au Canada, j’ai travaillé comme commis au comptoir chez Queue de Castor, puis comme barista dans un café indépendant. J’aime le contact avec les clients, le travail en équipe et les environnements chaleureux et dynamiques.

Je suis curieuse, adaptable et motivée, avec l’envie de découvrir de nouveaux projets, de nouvelles cultures et de m’investir pleinement dans des expériences humaines enrichissantes.
