Beschreibung

I am an adventurer and nature person at heart 🤍 and have been privileged with learning about many wonderful places, people an cultures during my travels and working abroad experiences.

Being outdoors, surrounded by nature and animals is what I love most. Flexibility in ever changing environments, problem solving/ solution finding and creative freedom are highly valued and challenge me in an appreciated way. I love to keep my hands busy with physical work, as well as helping others on a mindfulness level.

I am a certified trainer/educator and have built education departments including process improvement, management structuring, creating people development programs, project management, employee and leadership coaching for companies before making the life-changing decision to only work with NPOs/NGOs or local community development charity projects. Alongside, I have also built and organized stages for music and art festivals in various natural landscapes (forests, desert, island, mountains..), which has given me a wide range of manual skills (carpentry etc.), but my hands have also been used to working on the nearby farm since childhood.

I see myself in the responsibility to make my contribution for people, animals and the planet. My greater goal is to set up my own NPO/NGO one day to give back, what I have been privileged of.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

After almost 20 years in the travel industry, I have gained a lot of experience in sales and process improvement. I am a certified adult educator/teacher and during the last 5 years I have set up and lead an education departement with 1-2-1 coachings and people development for an international region.

As a climber, I love to work with my hands and have decent and hands-on craft skills. During one year I worked on construction and general renovation work. I am certainly not a certified construction worker, but have a quick grasp of things and am not at all afraid to get my hands dirty. In general, I like to build and design things that require physical abilities.

My strengths are in solution finding and process simplification, be it in the structural, organizational or technical area.

As an animal lover and former dog - cat - fish - rat - turtle - mum, I love working with all kind of animals (maybe except insects, haha). More than two thirds of my life I have been helping out on farms and have a lot of experience especially with horses, cats and dogs. I particularly value helping rescues who have already had to go through so much abuse.
