Ciao!
Siamo Alice e Jo, una coppia di 27 e 26 anni, in viaggio con il camper per la prima volta.

Io, Alice, sono una webmaster freelance: creo siti web e mi occupo del loro posizionamento su Google. Jo ha sempre lavorato nell’edilizia come manovale, con esperienza pratica e grande spirito di adattamento.

Dalla primavera del 2025 abbiamo deciso di intraprendere un viaggio in camper, partendo dall’Italia. Non cerchiamo una destinazione precisa: vogliamo lasciarci sorprendere dai luoghi, esplorando quello che l’Unione Europea ha da offrire — Francia, Spagna, Germania e oltre.

Il nostro obiettivo è vivere questa esperienza in modo sostenibile, trovando opportunità di lavoro lungo il cammino e cercando di risparmiare nelle spese di base con il WorkAway.

We’re Alice and Jo, a couple aged 27 and 26, traveling for the first time with our camper van.

I’m Alice, a freelance webmaster: I design websites and take care of their SEO. Jo has always worked in construction as a laborer, with hands-on experience and a strong work ethic.

Starting in the spring of 2025, we’re setting off on a camper van journey from Italy. We’re not looking for a specific destination — we want to be surprised by the places we discover, exploring everything the European Union has to offer: France, Spain, Germany, and beyond.

Our goal is to live this adventure sustainably, finding work opportunities along the way and We want to save on basic expenses thanks to WorkAway.

Siamo madrelingua italiani e disponibili a insegnare la nostra lingua. Al momento, però, è l’unica che conosciamo davvero bene. Io ho una certificazione PET (livello B1) in inglese, ma è da tempo che non lo pratico. In ogni caso, uno degli obiettivi del nostro viaggio è proprio quello di imparare nuove lingue. We’re native Italian speakers and happy to teach our language. For now, though, it’s the only one we truly speak fluently. I have a PET certification (B1 level) in English, but I haven’t used it in a while. In any case, one of the goals of our journey is to learn new languages along the way.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Io posso offrire supporto in tutto ciò che riguarda il digitale: dal computer alla creazione di contenuti. Sono in grado di prendermi cura di una casa, occupandomi delle pulizie e della cucina. Ho esperienza a contatto con il pubblico, per questo riesco a comunicare facilmente con persone di ogni tipo. Mi trovo a mio agio anche con gli animali e i bambini.

Jo ha sempre lavorato come muratore, quindi è abituato al lavoro fisico e manuale. Può essere d’aiuto nei lavori all’esterno, nella manutenzione e in tutte le attività più faticose.


I can offer support with everything digital — from computer work to content creation. I’m also able to take care of a home, handling cleaning and cooking. I have experience working with the public, so I’m comfortable talking to all kinds of people. I also get along well with animals and children.

Jo has always worked as a bricklayer, so he’s used to physical labor and hands-on work. He can help with outdoor tasks, maintenance, and anything that requires strength and endurance.

We travel by camper, and what we basically need is access to electricity, water for washing, and food.
