I'm a curious person, I've tried out a lot of different ways of life and work but I'm sure that out there in the world there are new experiences waiting for me. I love looking behind the curtains and find out what does not seem obvious and I like being and working with people.
When I was traveling in the last decades I almost only did it in Europe, with the exception of a 3-month-travel to Australia. This year I spent two months in China and Vietnam and I will travel to Latin America for another 7 months.
Traveling form me not primarily means visiting touristic hotspots but getting to know people and their culture and way of life. And what could be a better way than working with people in projects that are close to their hearts.

As I want to spend the next months in Latin America I would love to improve my Spanish. I already have started to learn Spanish but especially talking is really hard for me. I could imagine to teach English although I'm not a native speaker.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Since more than 25 years I work as a consultant, trainer and coach. My topics are leadership, communication, team development and change management. I've worked for some international companies and have own leadership experiences.
Beyond that I moderate workshops on the topic of professional orientation at secondary schools.
And last year I did an interim management at a women's shelter.
So I work structured an self-organized, I'm empathic and capable to find out about the concerns and motivation of my opposite.

Was noch ...

I really love hiking in the sense of walking and looking at the beautiful nature . To be honest I couldn't do it in the last few weeks because I had some problems with my knees. But it is getting better day by day.
