Hey there! We’re Agnieszka & Paulo — a Polish-Brazilian couple currently in Poland and looking for meaningful adventures to live, learn, and share with wonderful hosts around Asia :)

I’m Agnieszka, a management graduate and certified sailing instructor from Poland, currently exploring meaningful adventures around Europe alongside my partner Paulo. I have a deep love for the water—whether sailing, swimming, or simply relaxing by the sea—and a passion for personal development, yoga, and natural wellness. Creativity in the kitchen is another way I express myself, always eager to experiment with new flavors and dishes.

Together, we make a curious and enthusiastic team :)
Paulo is a remote Portuguese teacher working on a creative language learning project, passionate about teaching and forging real connections. He’s also interested in cooking, gardening, making music, and expanding his skills in DIY projects.

Having lived together in France, Poland and Portugal, we’re both excited about contributing to inspiring projects that foster connection, creativity, and growth. I bring strengths in communication, leadership, and cultural awareness developed through academic research on multicultural teams, while Paulo offers a dynamic approach to education and hands-on skills.

We love meeting new people, sharing experiences, and learning through travel and cultural exchange. We look forward to joining positive, collaborative environments where we can contribute, learn, and be part of something meaningful.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Agnieszka:
I’ve worked in tourism and events organization (Poland, France), with kids (USA), in house logistic & maintenance and as a bartender (France). I’m also into sewing lately and love picking up new hands-on skills.

Paulo:
I speak five languages (and half) and I love working in international environments. I’ve done a few volunteer programs, including one in a hostel in Paris, so I’m comfortable with reception, guest support, and all the day-to-day hostel tasks.

We're both fast learners, open-minded, and always up for learning and developing new skills.
