Hi, I’m Paula, a 23 year old responsible, patient and honest person who is looking for a family with young children. I’m very interested in children’s education, specially from a respectful, inclusive and play based learning perspective. I have had a lot of experience with children in a home and school environment. Another interest of mine is nature, I love being in touch with natural spaces and gardening. I’m quite curious about learning facts and skills related to the outdoors. Furthermore, I enjoy cooking. Right now I’m focusing on following a mostly healthy diet.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Education has always been a passion of mine, since I was around 10 I have helped teachers and families in caring for their children or those in their care. From a young age I knew I wanted to formalise and expand my knowledge and improve my skills in relation to education, which has just now become a reality! I have just graduated from a four year teaching degree focused on general education from 0 to 12 year old children and a major in teaching English as a second language. These last few years I have informally learnt about alternative education methodologies (such as Montessori), positive discipline, inclusion and homeschooling. Also, I have worked as an English teacher in two schools while doing internships on a daily basis and finishing my degree.

As for my outside skills, I have a little knowledge about creating and maintaining an organic vegetable garden because a few years back I did one in my home. Moreover, I have experience taking care of a small backyard and swimming pool, with things like mowing the loan and pruning. Since I love having plants at home, I have acquired skills and information through experience and answer searching. I definitely have room for learning and I’m open to it!

I’m also skilled to do daily tasks, such as cleaning, tidying up, cooking or driving a car (I have had my license for two years now). Cooking is a daily task that I have fun with, at home I mostly cook using whole foods and I vary dishes depending on what I have.
